The apartment is in a great location and everything is as you see in the picture. Everything is very close, many restaurants and small bars, in fact everything is nearby and you can walk everywhere. We will definitely come again. All praise for the kind host, for the help, for the taxi to the airport. Be sure to stay in this apartment. You will not regret it. Thank you for everything.

Great place to stay in Madrid. Had everything our family needed for a few days trip. The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean, super helpful host. And the location is the best! Right in the centre of Madrid, easy walking distance to all the sites, and just off the main road, so nice and quiet at night.

Raquael who guided me through check-in & who supported me throughout my stay was fantastic, very patient, informative & spoke excellent English. The place was new, of modern design, secure, very clean & tidy, & well situated near La Latina. It was 100m from the metro station & a very short walk to the old town & Plaza Mayor. Lots of tapas bars & cafes nearby. Champagne & choc truffles on arrival very well received.

Clean, comfortable, great location. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The shower was very good and the apartment was well equipped and furnished and newly completed.. The owners were readily available to answer any questions we had. Lovely welcome gifts on arrival.

Great location in la latina. Next to the metro although we walked everywhere. Also staff was very helpful through whatsapp from before our arrival and anticipating and catering to all our needs!

Everything ! Location was excellent , just minutes from Plaza Major , and several great tapas bars virtually next door. Decor and quality of apartment was first class.

The location was great, really close to the center and close to restaurants and tapa bars. The room was clean and renovated. The staff was really helpful especially during our check in and check out process.
