Nice location, not to far from Atocha train station and within walking distance to restaurants, cafés etc. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were large and spacious, with comfortable beds providing all the usual amenities.

The staff at the hotel are extremely pleasant and professional-a real asset to the establishment. There was a problem with IT when we arrived (but these things happen!). However, it was dealt with well and customer service seemed to be a priority. We would stay there again.

Hotel Catalonia Atocha was only 15 mins walk from Atocha Train station. The triple room was spacious and even had a bath 🛁. The hotel kept drinking water in the lobby, which was a perfect drink after a long walk. We visited most of the attractions and food spots from the hotel by walk.

Our whole experience was sensational. The staff were unbelievable. I was travelling to celebrate my birthday and got an upgrade. The staff went out of their way to assist us in any way with helpful tips and recommendations. Big shout out to Pedro who was so friendly, professional and super helpful. The location was perfect. In walking distance of lots of sightseeing and shopping destinations. Thank you for an amazing stay. Will definitely come back to stay again.
