room is big and clean. Closet is big, too. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is very clean. Transportation is very convenient by Metro line 6 and line 3.The elevator is small, only can be occupied by 4 people. Sometimes it can't work. Maybe I'm not familiar with it.But it is worthy to come back again.

The room was clean and spacious, not very fancy but it had all the essentials making it a very good value. I liked the promptness and the openness of the staff to attend my requests. The Legazpi metro station is really close to the building, so moving around the city is very efficient. Finally, although I was very reticent to the idea of sharing a bathroom, the staff kept them really clean making it a very comfortable experience.

We were surprised that the premise is furnished with marble from the stairs and floors to the toilets. The room is very clean. Our room was tidied up the next day (we stayed for 2 nights)! We did not expect it and hence were grateful for it. The underground is about 50 meters away and many small restaurants around the area that serve very good breakfast and lunch.

The room was spacious and clean with lots of storage space, a desk and a kettle. There was a big ceiling fan and two clean communal bathrooms. The price was excellent and the family running the establishment were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again - but only in cooler weather.

clean!, very good location! (metro - 3 and 6, many busses - 45, etc.), the landlady was very friendly!, felxible: package left there after check out and sightseeing, absolutely no noise from the street!
