Helpful host and allowed us to store our luggages in the apartment before check in time. Easy to find the apartment as there is a burger king outlet below. Great location, walking distance to everything, busy street. Supermarket is less than 5 mins walk.

The communication with Jose prior to arriving was good, and knew how to access the apartment. Upon entering, the apartment was clean and well presented, the bedrooms were quiet considering the busy location. The shower had a good pressure, and all the utensils you could need in the kitchen.

It’s a good size and layout, and a proper 2br apartment. Well fitted out kitchen, and bath linens and manchester were hotel quality.

A very central apartment in the pedestrian zone. Even though it is in a popular area and there are a lot of people around, the apartment is very quiet and at night you can sleep really well. The apartment is quite big and nicely decorated. Since we arrived and left during the night we did self check in and check out which was very well explained prior to arrival.

This was a fabulous place to stay for nearly 4 weeks. At first we thought it was a bit busy, but this turned out to be a plus as it was close to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, lots of restaurants and was an interesting walk to the Prado and other museums. The apartment was comfortable for two people; there was a bit of noise from the street in the lounge area, but no noise at all in the bedrooms as they are away from the street. The main bedroom is roomy and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space in both. The kitchen provides full facilities, including a proper oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The cleaning staff are fabulous--they did such a good job and kept us regularly supplied with clean towels. The place was spotless! Jorge was a great host and always responded to our queries promptly and any problems were dealt with immediately. Very good value. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home.

The flat is in a very central location making it easy to walk to key sites or to take the metro. The beds were very comfortable. There is noise from the street when you are in the living room, but this is not audible in the bedrooms which are on the back of the property.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-equipped if we'd wanted to. We also love the comfort of the flat, as well as the terrific location.
