The rooms are nice and clean, there was a little kitchenette that would prove nice for longer stays and also if you do not want to go out each time. It would allow you to travel on budget if you wanted. The reception, while not fluent in English, was still very helpful and kind. Check-in and out went smoothly. The area is nicely located for exploring and close to some nice bars and restaurants. Also well within distance of a grocery market for supplies. Overall, I would stay there again.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. the guys working at the reception are very friendly. the accommodation is warm and tidy. Near the accommodation there is a metro, as well as a bus station

Location. Served by bus from Atocha train station. Air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Good shower and washroom. Fridge to keep drinking water cold. Close to Sorolla Museum & gallery. Near good places to get breakfast and have an evening meal Safe

The staff. From cleaners to receptionists, very kind and lovely people always happy to help. The room. Based on previous reviews I was expecting our room walls to be “paper thin” but trust me when I say we didn’t hear a single noise coming from any room during our 5 days stay. Insulation is actually very solid if you compare it with the UK construction in general.

The location, facility and cleanliness. The location is prime and perfectly central. The facility is basic but works perfectly well as an apartment. Everything and everywhere is clean. The male receptionist who lodged me in was fantastic and helpful. I will definitely recommend and use this place again and again.
