The location is very central. We walked to all the attractions. But there are metro stations and bus stations around. We stayed on the first floor, windows facing the busy street, during the weekend, but it wasn’t nosy, the building is well isolated. Beds were comfortable, we slept excelent. It was really clean when we arrived and they cleaned the room daily. They gave us the room a few hours before check in, and kept our luggage after checking out. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The room has thermostat so you can set the temperature yourself.

Key collection from reception open 09.00-18.00. Large apartment. Clean. Well located. Lovely welcome box of goodies and a nice bottle of wine. Very helpful and friendly reception staff.

We rate the apartments very highly. Great location, beautiful decor. However, we rate the most the care for guests - especially from the very nice Ferial. Ferial was always helpful, attentive to our needs, provided a lot of valuable information about the city and the facility.

The accommodation was comfortable, really clean, bright and cheery and had everything we needed for our stay. Had a balcony overlooking the main street but heard very little noise at night. The location was perfect, right in the hub and within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were superb; warm and welcoming, hugely helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend this wonderful accommodation - it really was fantastic!
