It a lovely place in the center of beautiful Madrid. It's very close to the shops, restaurants and historical landmarks. The staff is very friendly. They upgraded my booking and accommodated ne in a bigger room cause it was available. The room was very clean. Definitely recommend!

Location was just great. Shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and bright and the sunny balcony was a sun trap. Shower was always hot. Bed was comfortable. Fridge in room. Lift. Keys to come and go independently. Very good!

The location is quite good, near to the main destinations (Catherdral Church, Royal Palace, City hall &, etc )

The location was terrific, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (and spoke good English, which was great since our Spanish is minimal). Rooms and bathrooms were clean. There is an elevator.

The location is good; it's very close to Gran Via and walking distance to Plaza Mayor. The bed is comfortable. And a good Italian restaurant is just across. We did not take breakfast at the hotel.

- The reception is in the 1st floor and all the rooms were in the 4th floor which made it quiet floor and place for the guests only. It was all secured with keys so no one else could walk by. - Staff was kind and helpful. - The rooms were clean and smelled nice. However we didn’t like the initial smell of chlorine in the room. - AC was great! - Everything had its space and we liked it. Bathroom could’ve been bigger as we could barely close the door to be there or to use the toilet. - The shower space was nice and clean though.

There was no breakfast but lots of places around in the middle of Madrid. From this location you can walk anywhere. From the airport it is easy to take the metro with the awesome guidance of the Hostel. Great communication.

I liked the location a lot. Staff at the reception were nice. Shower was working well with good pressure. Balcony was great as well. There was a small fridge filled with complimentary two water bottles and a bottle of cava. What a great surprise.

On arrival I was deeply disappointed as the foyer was littered with rubbish and boxes. The lift to reception was for some strange reason covered in cardboard. Having said that things did improve with staff being helpful and cheerful. The room, bed etc was good & clean. The bathroom however was very small and needed a refurb.
