Very accommodating staff who speaks fluent English. They also were able to provide our requests very fast. When we had concerns on the WIFI the staff were able to resolve it. The apartment itself is very clean complete with whatever you might need to use in the kitchen. The fridge and freezer was also big enough to store what you need if you plan to stay long. There are common washing machines and dryers in the basement (3 of each) The location is between 2 MRT lines which was super convenient because you have a option. Restaurants and groceries were also just around the property. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Madrid. Special shout out to Jose who was very helpful!

Laundry facilities, flats feel completely new and very well maintained. Excellent location, close to the metro, a vibrant square with playgrounds nearby.

Everything was really nice :) The room is the perfect size for a couple. It has a beautiful view over the Trafalgar area, with a sunset bonus! If you'd like to explore the city via metro, the apartments are in a really nice spot. The bed was super comfortable as well, same as with the AC, which worked perfectly, especially during the hotter days. As for the amenities, it has everything you'd need.
