Rooms had Rituals skincare, bathroom design is really nice and exceptionally clean. Reception staff was super helpful and allowed early check-in. Breakfast (which we paid for upon arrival) was great and totally worth it (they have buffet and A la carte menu). Location was also good.

A central location, short walk from the Metro. Has all of the features that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. A real treat to stay there on our last night in Madrid.

Travelled for work, hotel was conveniently located. Hotel was very clean, room turned down every day (even a chocolate on the pillow!). Loved the rooftop plunge pool and bar. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing every day

We loved the location, the property is located in a lovely area close to many bars and Resturant and walking distance to lots of shops and bus stops. The breakfast was plentiful with many options, we enjoyed used of the gym and bed was comfortable. great little bar too!

Excellent location - quiet but useful for the metro and for getting around Madrid. Understated but quite luxurious with really friendly and helpful staff.
