Fantastic value and brilliant location in the centre of Madrid. The rooms are very clean and modern. There are limited facilities but you do not need them as just outside the door there is a large selection of bars and restaurants. There is a small lounge which serves complimentary breakfast. Each morning we found a.little bag on door with water and pastry. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean modern rooms. Shower was fantastic and there was always hot water. Really liked the complimentary breakfast bag hung on the door each morning. Great to have the room downstairs with hot drinks, fruit and biscuits available 24/7 free of charge. Also had a microwave.

The prime location is 1 minute's walk to Sol station and is very strategically located. The free pantry allowed us to get free coffee, juice, chocolate drinks, and cookies. There was also a microwave that we could use. The room is cleaned every day. The Chromecast TV, so we could share our phone screen and watch YouTube on TV. Very modern room with LED colourful light. Free breakfast of croissants and doughnuts that were delivered to our door every morning.

Pleasantly surprised with a nice morning snack hung on the door handle Also nice to have biscuits and fresh fruit available in the tea/coffee area, and staff not bothered by us staying after checkout to kill some time
