Very nice appartment with everything important that you need during your stay. Good service at the reception and access to the pool. Close to several metro stations and surrounded by so many restaurants and shops.

The enclosed terrace adds a lot of character to the elegant decoration of the appartement . The building is beautiful! The concierge always willing to help

It was perfect. Ideal for a family of four. Luxurious, clean, warm, modern and the staff were incredible. The spa, sauna, gym and pool were clean and private with a booking system that worked well. We had the most amazing stay!

Beautiful apartment with lots of natural light and centrally located. Very well maintained and a 24 hr reception desk. The apartment building also has a small pool and spa facilities

Attentive staff that go the extra mile, they helped me arrange balloons and chocolates for one of the guest to have on arrival. Flexible cleaning service. The property is immaculate, loads of storage, very well maintained, good deco, huge comfy bed, great room temperature, quiet. You get what you pay for. The spa is the cherry on top, you can book it for private use. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a residential areas. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

It's a luxury apartment in a quiet location, which is perfect for couples like us who prefer quality sleep and away from the noise and touristy area. A 24-hour concierge is very helpful and attentive. They helped us to call taxi and make restaurant reservations. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and we have nothing to complain about. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the toilet comes with a heated floor. Highly recommended apartment in madrid.

Central location, easy access to spa and pool ( with booking), mainly clean. Beds made daily. Tastefully decorated. Friendly and helpful front desk service. Comfortable bed. Good facilities with dishwasher and washing machine. plenty of storage.

The apartment looked like the photos in the listing - spacious with all the amenities. Beautiful building with lift. Pool and sauna was nice.
