It felt like an apartment in Madrid, located in a residential area with good local food shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was well serviced and included water and tea. Helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff.

Everything was great. The room was excellent, we got some upgrade when we came, so it was bigger than we expected. Stuff was kind and helpful, called a cab for us to the airport. Metro is nerby but we walked to the city center, its about 20 mins. Free coffee in the hall.
