The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management.
The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees.Please note that for reservations of 30 nights or more, a mid-term rental agreement must be signed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is perfect, also the apartment was very nice. It was our second stay with this kind of palce and it was again almost perfect. We had issues with the warm water and the communication and reaction time from the handler was quite bad.

The apartment is very roomy with plenty of space, can easily accommodate a large group of people. We really liked the separate living/dining area. The location cannot be beat, there is an entrance to the metro less than 60 second walk although the apartment was so close to everything we only used it for the airport and one day we were tired and took it back. The app provided by MIT house is very good, with directions on how to use everything. We did have issue with figuring the oven because the images had faded, but I've never been provided with so many instructions. A lot of reviews complain about using the app to enter the apartment that it glitched a few times. We noticed the times it happened (twice) we needed to lean on the door slightly so the door was connected and worked every time after that, now it may have been a coincidence! I had to message MIT twice during our 9 nights and I must say their response was excellent. The first occasion the front door lock (the building not apartment) had been broken during the night somehow and the door no longer locked. I messaged saying that it wasn't so secure considering how busy it would be around the holidays but I understood it would be hard to do anything but wanted to let them know. We came down the next morning to a brand new lock in the front door, plus the inside door was now locking as well. Couldn't fault it. WiFi was excellent no issues using it. Also FYI for anyone staying the front door weighs a tone so when you hear the lock undoing you really have to push it, so much you think the lock must not have opened.

The apartment was perfectly located in the centre and was large and really comfortable for the group. We had enough space for all of us and it was clean, and well proportioned. It wasn't too noisy in the building or outside and the blackout blinds were a great help for a good nights sleep - I also loved the pillows so am looking where to get some similar!

Excellent locations- right in the centre of Madrid and only 10 minutes walk to the main attractions and shopping streets. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities you could need.

Great location! A five minute walk to the Saturday market. There was a lovely little bar across the street that served coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening as well as home made food priced reasonably. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and public transit.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment with all the great facilities. Staff were really responsive to issues with the fridge they came and sorted it that day. Very impressed and great value for money!
