Excellent hotel, two blocks from Tetuan Metro station (20 minutes to Sol) Good and helpful communication with the staff. Quite complete kitchen (two coffee makers, microwave, cooktop stove, toaster, electric boiler). The neighborhood is full of small shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and a good non touristy tapas bar crossing the street). The only snag was no internet connection the last two days of our one week stay. Anyway, I would book again if I go back to Madrid.

Staff: Iván! Hé is thé best , he should be acknowledged for his customer service. Thank you very much for helping us right from the checkin till the end. You made our stay so very comfortable and pleasant with your genuine smile and readiness to help. Thanks to Paula too. Thanks for the room service staff for the immaculate clearing. Everything was spic and span. Well placed, away from the centre but with direct bus no 3 and métro no 1 direct lines to the center. Many shops and restaurants right around the corner. Great value for monéy. I dont quite understand what the négative comment where about. Thankfully I chose to ignore them.

We had a problem with WC button, which did not work. I called the reception service and they sent someone to mend it. The problem was solved in a couple of hours. So, they do communicate quite well.

The automatic check-in runs smoothly. The place is in a quiet street close to bus and metro stations. The "livingroom" and kitchen are sufficient although dishes and cutlery are a bit scarce.

The self check-in process was incredibly easy. We arrived slightly earlier than the time indicated on Booking.com, but had no issues with the check-in at all.
