Apartment Hotel Overview

The Juan Bravo Apartments are situated in the exclusive Salamanca district of Madrid and feature a communal swimming pool, open in summer. Diego de León Metro Station is located opposite the apartments.
The complex conveniently includes a 24-hour reception. The apartments and studios are arranged around the pool, and there is also a small garden and patio.

Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.
We ask you to consider the inconvenience that these works may cause you and, if you consider that they will affect the purpose of your stay or your rest, please cancel your reservation free of charge.

The location was ideal. The Madrid Metro is very easy to navigate. The place was just two stops from the WiZink Centre, where we had a concert.

Amazing location, metro station just next to the building, the area was also very nice, a lot of places to eat and shop. Lobby open 24h which was very convenient. The apartment was clean, had a tv and a small kitchen, everything you kich need was there.

Very clean, simple and comfortable place. Big space. The location is amazing. For the location the price was very good. I really liked it. It’s my new place to stay in Madrid every time I go. Affordable , amazing location, big spaces, convenient, clean and comfy!

The location is perfect - right next to a metro station. Very nice and safe neighborhood close to the city centre. There is a grocery store 5 meters from the entrance. Helpful staff, clean, tidy and probably the most comfortable bed and pillow I have experienced in a hotel. A nice touch/bonus is the swimming pool area in the summer! I can totally recommend the place!! :-))
