Great location, close to metro and tourist attractions. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was spotlessly clean.

The key pick up was from another location but the reception was open 24/7 so they would be available if we needed help at any time and only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The place was clean and tidy. We had two ensuite rooms and a kitchen/living room. The apartment is 10 minutes walk to puerta del sol and plaza mayor, very central location. There is a supermarket at 1 minute walk. I would definitely use again or recommend!

The location is great and near the MRT. There are many supermarkets around this area. The place is close to several tourist spots by walking. The room might be recently remodeling so it looked clean and neat. We like it.

Property had everything needed and we appreciated towels being changed daily. Keyless entry made it easy for us to get in and out of. Air con was great.

We had a pleasant one-night stay in Madrid. The location was excellent, and the possibility to leave our luggage after check-out was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself was rather modern, although situated in a beautiful old building. We found the apartment to be comfortably warm, perhaps even slightly too warm.

Great location, close to everything, so many restaurants, cafe and grocery stores just a few doors away, wash machines is very handy to have in the unit.
