Although we arrived long before the check-in time, the lady at the reception kindly gave us a room right away. It was a great relief to get in early and rest since we were tired from the journey. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The metro was just a 2-minute walk away, and we could reach the city center with a single ride.

Closed to EL Carmen METRO which easy to move around in madrid. 15mins taxi ride to ATOCHA main station. Carrefour just another block away from hotel and big mart behind too.We found a nearby Cafe(metro street exit) open at 6am which served quality sandwiches and coffee with reasonable price.

Hotel booked initially as part of a business trip but extended for a long weekend in Madrid with my partner. Excellent links to the city centre and very reasonably priced. Clean and comfortable would happily stay again either for business, or with my partner.

Very comfortable hotel,very fresh and newly renovated. The staff is very responsive and pleasant. The location is also very satisfying. The metro station is just next to the hotel. The breakfast is very tasty with various foods.

Excellent breakfast. Super clean room and huge bathroom with wonderful shower. Very good amenities. The restaurant has very good dishes. I would easily stay again!
