This hotel caters to the people using the hospital services so not a wonderful environment. The breakfast was nondescript, however, the food at dinner was very good. Fresh and cooked to perfection. The desk staff were great and they offered a driver service into the city centre which proved to be a game changer for our trip to Madison.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even offered a short-range shuttle service that was very helpful when I needed to go to the store. The restaurant was very good. And there were other conveniences offered, like a little hotel shop in case you forgot an item, etc.
