This Azorean guest house is a 15-minute walk from the sea and features comfortable accommodation overlooking Faial and the Pico Mountain, the highest point in Portugal. Moradia Familiar NovaVista - T3 features a panoramic swimming pool with heated sea water, hot tub and a small fitness centre.

Excellent breakfast, many options. Also loved the location and that there was a pool which my grandson used almost everyday. The apartment was clean and towels were changed everyday. Any issues were quickly dealt with.

Clean, decent sized rooms with good bathroom facilities. Reasonable choice of items at buffet breakfast....provided you arrive early enough.
