Excellent hotel with exceptional staff; the hospitality and kindness shown to a lone, female traveller was brilliant. Will always stay at Mosaic City Hotel when I'm in Madaba.

Excellent, well run hotel. Staff exceptional Food good. When in Madaba I would not stay anywhere other than at the Mosaic City Hotel; I hope to return next year.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it's always nice. I've stayed with friends, family, any time someone visits me in Jordan we start from here. We also use this hotel for our groups who come to Jordan to join us on our 6-day horse riding tours. The owners and staff of MCH are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel is located at a walking distance from all the tourist sites in Madaba. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices, a nice mix of local things, like hummus, Mutabal, cheese and "European" options, like jam, eggs, toast, .... There's a parking closeby for hotel guests and the wifi is excellent.

We stayed for one night at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly. You can park in private parking close to the hotel, you can leave your car there and walk throw the city center. Breakfast was great and international.
