Overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. Daily room cleaning was performed as requested. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide variety of options. Quality was decent. Private beach area directly accessible from the hotel, though the beach is kind of rocky and may be slightly tedious to access

The location was very good - about 20mins from the airport. Had a lot of local shops closeby and was in the main mactan island - the view from the room was fantastic with direct, uninterrupted ocean view.
