The fine print
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. In case of a group of 3 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
- Right to admission reserved.Note: The car does not reach the hostel. However, there is a paid parking 100 meters from the hostel, with ~INR 200/night parking charges.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location was amazing! Perfect to relax and breathe some fresh air. The hostel is close to the start of the trekking trail. The bar/restaurant is really good and good value for money. Highly recommend!

The rooms and the views were beautiful. Location was superb. The crowd at Zostel was a vibe. The cafe was great. Bonfire at the end of day, board games, the rooftop area, it was all awesome and would make for great memories.

Great location, absolutely brilliant staff - very kind and helpful, the atmosphere of a place very domestic and cozy, there were a lot of activities outside, inside you can play table tennis and football, the view from balcony just perfect. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The cafe outside was good for breakfast and lunch.

The hostel is lovely, super clean, had cozy nooks to read and rest and amazing views of the mountain. We got the deluxe room on the top floor and it was stunning with an amazing large balcony overlooking the mountains. The bed was super comfortable and the price was right for the level of privacy and comfort. From this hostel you are close to restaurants, cafes, the Galu waterfall and temple and the triund hike. At night people hung out around the bonfire and played music. It was a very peaceful place to stay! Highly recommend

The infrastructure, the whole vibe that the managers have created are super duper good! Shivangi and Ashu are amazing hosts and they have been hands on available to all of our requests. Having travelled across India and Abroad, i can safely say that this is one of the best hostels I have stayed in and would love to come back.
