Check in was really easy and quick. The secure parking was a real bonus as we had just picked up our new car. Room was great. Lot's of space and a view from the balcony.

The reception staff were lovely, so helpful and kind. I accidentally managed to book my flight back one day ahead of when my accommodation was due to run out - I was very embarrassed and worried that I would be left without somewhere to stay. The lovely staff member reassured me that they could give me another day, was happy to hold the booking until I could contact the airline to change the flights and equally happy for me when I was able to do so, very grateful. The email with all of the information about where to find the key and how to access the car park and the building is excellent and the pictures are really helpful. Very clean and extremely comfortable accommodation, bed was very comfortable, great airconditioning in each room with fans so lots of control of the temperature, internet connection works very well (tip - the password and details on how to access are in your welcome email), lovely view from my riverview apartment, and an incredibly quiet and peaceful location. Very close to shops and good local cafes and also close to my dear friend, so walking everywhere was simple. I felt safe, secure and well looked after - staff were also very helpful when I thought I had lost my hire car (another tip - there are two levels of carparking, and the carparking for the apartments is on the same floor as reception - I thought I was going mad until I worked that out, just before the very kind person on the phone told me the same thing - and they were STILL so kind about it!). Great value for money and I would definitely stay again, highly recommended.
