The overall all experience was very good. I will be booking to stay here again in the future. The facilities were exceptional and the bed was very comfortable. The room service food was also very good and was very good value for money.

Everything was great! Except for lack of staff.. waiting in lobby for over 20 mins for someone to show up for check in & asking questions of surrounds etc staff seem very limited or busy

have stayed at Oaks Mackay a couple times now, will be a returning customer for a while to come yet. facilities are great. room service is quick, efficient and food is always beyond expectations. prime location, in walking distance of many great places. rooms are always clean on arrival, front desk ladies are always so kind and accommodating.

We loved the location of this hotel....close to the main CBD, close to a shopping centre, the pool and spa were beautiful. The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean and the bed absolutely comfortable. The receptionist Dee was lovely and helpful. The breakfasts included in our stay were delicious.
