The reasons why I rated this a 7/10 is because the apartment had lots of facilities such as all the equipment (basically) needed for a kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, pans, pots, etc) and it was sufficient in providing facilities. The location of my apartment was close to the elevator and evacuation site which was a bonus. Moreover, we did not hear a single noise from our neighbours. We could use the inbuilt dryer and washing machine as many times as we wanted, and it didn’t cost extra money. The bedrooms were modern, clean, cool and the beds were comfortable. Windows are weirdly thin and long and the sliding doors didn’t have any locks. A tv was available ( no YouTube or Netflix) with cable and a collection of free movies and shows of different categories. However, we couldn’t cast from our devices for some reason. Also, another downside, which might’ve been specific to our apartment, was that the stove was very temperamental - sometimes it turned on, sometimes not. The pool was clean-ish and enjoyable for the kids, but the nearby toilet didn’t have a lock so we couldn’t get changed in there. Would’ve loved to use the gym but didn’t. As for parking, you get your own parking spot underneath the building which is great. It would’ve been more convenient if there were two keys available, as we received one, and even more if they got replaced by cards instead so we could swipe to enter the apartment. But overall, in proportion with its price, 540ish for two nights, the apartment was worth it in terms of space, cleanliness, facilities available, comfortability, design of apartment and friendly employees.
