Wonderful staff, they didn't stop a minute , full hotel during the flood , only few staff member at the time , they deserve a pay rise or a bonus

The location is great right at the Mackay airport. Rooms are reasonable size, beds are comfortable. The room has a tea and coffee making facility, and a bar fridge, it also has an ironing board and an iron. It also has a restaurant and 24hr room service as well.
