The staff was very friendly and prepared to answer all our questions and to give touristic advise. The location is perfect for the ones going to Machu Picchu per bus. The rooms are new and very tidy. We didn't have the chance to try the normal breakfast, but they prepared a take away for us, since we were leaving very early. Highly recommended this simple and affordable hotel!

The hotel is very close to the train station and near plenty of restaurants They served us breakfast in a box as we had to leave early for the machu pichu visit

The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. The building was recently built; the facilities, furniture, sheets and towels were new and of acceptable quality. The space is quite limited, which is normal in a place like Aguas Calientes. The window opens onto an internal shaft. There was hot water and towels for bathing. The hotel is in an excellent location, in the middle of the village and very close to the bus line. At night, you can hear the sound of the waterfall near the hotel; I got confused and thought it was a tropical storm that would ruin the trip to Machu Picchu. To my relief, it was just the waterfall. ;-)

Perfect location: 10 meters from bus waiting line, close to train station, supermarket next door, main street with restaurants 20 meters. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot shower.
