These rates do not include taxes (18%) or service charge (10%)
All penalties are subject to an additional service tax of 10%.In the case that a room is shared by a VAT exempt guest and a non-exempt one, the 18% VAT tax will be added to the room rate.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

The hotel is in a great location next to the river and next to the trail to Machu Picchu. The rooms and facilities are superior quality. The staff, especially Natalie and Edgar, were helpful and delightful in every way.

Wonderful location over looking the Vilcanota River. Lovely big room with large double bed. Breakfast was good and starts at 5am if you are going up Machu Picchu. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and the hotel was perfectly located for going up Machu Picchu.

The hotel staff met us at the train station and guided us to the hotel. And when we left from Agua Caliente, they delivered our luggage to the train station. The view of the valley from the hotel room was fantastic. The hotel lobby, corridors, vertical circulation and other interior facilities were beautiful. It is a unique hotel that's in harmony with the impression of Machu Picchu.

Hotel manager sent us a greeting card and a plateau of macaroons, as a honeymoon gift ! we highly appreciated it ! Great continental breakfast. Wide range of beverages and tasty coffee. Close to city center and souvenir shops. Bus station for Machu Picchu is 5min away. Offers a wide range of relaxation services, including SPA, massage, sauna etc. Great view of the valley
