Our stay in Aguas Calientes was made even better by the exceptional service. Sonia from the help desk picked us up from the train station and guided us to the hotel. The room was spacious with two beds, perfect for our one-night stay. The restaurant at the base was nice, and overall, the service was great.

The hotel is 1 minutes away from the train stop station. We found the location to be perfectly situated for our needs. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, it gave a modern-traditional vibe. It had a comfortable bed and pillows. The room we had was riverside facing, we could hear the river flowing, however it was a really nice sound to fall asleep with. The train did not bother us, i think there were just 2 trains arriving early in the morning, however our tours started early in the morning so it was not an issue for us. The restaurant downstairs is excellent, it has great food and the most delicious pisco sour. The breakfast could have been better, but it was ok.

Nice and clean room perfect for a short stay in Aguas Calientes while visiting Machu Picchu. Guests get a 10% discount in the very good restaurant downstairs.

We only had a brief overnight stay at Rockrivers but everything was great. Very nice room and bed. We ate at Poncho’s Restaurant which was connected to the hotel and were looked after very well.

As a resident, you got 10% discount if you use the restaurant, the rooms to the rear were quite from street noise..

Very well located, clean and with a nice restaurant downstairs with a discount for hotel customers. Close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and to the office where you can buy bus tickets. After check out, they let us leave our backpacks in the storage for free. Our room also had a nice little balcony. Would definitely recommend!
