The staff was very nice. They allowed us to check in early despite our room not being available and gave us a different room with equal accommodations. We were also allowed to keep our bags there while going to Maccu Picchu despite already being checked out.

Everything was amazing. Clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the Wifi that I had a lot of problems with. Otherwise it would be a straight 10 out of 10

Aguas calientes is quite an expense place, for the price you pay here, you can't get a better experience. Centrally located, nice comfy beds and a lovely hot shower - very much needed after a 9-day trek.
