Really cute and cozy B&B, excellent (and early) breakfast for those with early tickets to Machu Picchu. The staff gave us very helpful information on both the walking route to MP or the bus, as well as where to buy tickets. Water pressure was good, water was very hot fpr the showers. These were also probably the most comfortable beds we slept in while we were in Peru.

Staff super friendly and answered our million questions about Machu Picchu. Room was reallt good, much better than expected. Clean and comfortable and no insects. Hot water for showering and large bathroom.

Stayed after 4 day hike. Room spotless. Showers and bathroom excellent - although toilet needed an extra flush. Hotwater always available. Breakfast was perfect and our host and the staff were excellent and very attentive. Stored our luggage after we checked out. Great view of the river.

We couldn't book Machu Picchu tickets in advance, nevertheless Panorama helped us get the exact circuit we wanted, without charging us anything. The hotel itself is ideally located, in a quiet area yet close to the main attractions. Breakfast is delicious with eggs to order and veggie options.

Great location, lovely rooms but staff were the highlight! Couldn’t have been nicer! Gave us items we’d left in the room, provided us with everything we needed, stored our luggage and even volunteered to help bring it to the train station.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help us! The breakfast was really nice and although we were only there for a short while, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the river. I asked the staff to leave a birthday message for my boyfriend in our room, and they did it:) The staff was very sweet and friendly and always there to assist. I liked the fact that they're very efficient and proactive since they know visitors in Machu Picchu don't have much time. Very nice breakfast and great coffee.

Great hotel, friendly staff, good simple selection for breakfast before a big day at MP! Staff were helpful and explain a map of the town and where to get bus tickets etc. We walked from Hidroelectric and this is one of the first hotels you pass on the walk in to AC so that's great. At the bottom of the hill by the river - we loved the sound of the river, yes it is loud but it becomes white noise and we never slept better! They let us store our luggage and were always really helpful when we had questions. Hotel is located in a quieter area (AC is TINY so you get to the main bit in about 30 seconds anyway). If you stay here, there is an artist called Vicente in one of the gift shops along the road - visit him! His work is amazing :)
