Staff were excellent, really helpful. For those arriving in Aguas Calientes without Machu Picchu tickets, the hotel was located really close to the Ministry of Culture office. Breakfast was excellent.

Clean and comfortable rooms and good value for money! It’s really close to the ministry of culture if you need to buy last minute tickets for Macchu Picchu. Our room was really big too - loads of space. Showers were hot too and staff are so lovely and helpful.

lady is very nice and went tò pick me up at late night and helped me with direction and tips for day After tò Macchu. location Is perfect, room Is clean and beds are confortable.

Great location , near everything but quiet. I had a window onto the street , it was not noisy at all. Hot water for showers. Should note that only one room per floor has direct light, the rest get light from corridor, something to consider when booking.

Excellent location in the centre of town. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely breakfast, which is available early so we could eat before catching the bus to Machu Picchu.

Personalized service...was pleasantly surprised when they picked us up from the train station and helped us navigate the labyrinth of Agua Calientes to the hotel which has a fabulous location. Breakfast was great

Was reading mixed reviews about the noise. After 9 was quiet and o had a very good sleep before macchu pichu. One girl lesa (?) as extremely kind and helpful. Very nice breakfast too. Recommend!
