I thought the property was beautiful and old fashioned. I personally like old fashioned looks as opposed to modern and it was lovely. The staff were brilliant and helpful. We did the evening and morning spa sessions and both were 10/10.

The venue is gorgeous but the rooms are so out of the way especially if you were in an old room what was miles away

Breakfast staff were really friendly. Lovely views. Shared areas around main reception were well maintained. Good parking facilities .

Beautiful hotel for Christmas. Main hall was decorated beautifully. Christmas tree was beautiful. Staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was dated , definitely meet to be refurbished. We had fantastic Christmas Eve in hotel spa . Thank you for making our Christmas so special ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic setting and our room was very spacious. We had dinner, along with breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious! The customer service was also excellent.

Our initial experience was awful as we were given a room that had not been made up and was absolutely disgusting. However the reception staff quickly sorted it out and upgraded us to a much nicer room. I would definitely recommend paying a bit more to get a deluxe room to start with as the standard rooms don't offer much for the price you pay

Staff - Shelley went above and beyond for our stay. Food - evening meal delicious! Rib eye. Staff were lovely. Room suite was wonderful comfortable, quiet and warm, dressing gowns, slippers, water and chocolate. Facial was gorgeous my skin was like silk!

Room was very comfy, just had a standard double as I was travelling with a dog….I would definitely upgrade next time to see what the luxury rooms are like! Food was very tasty, staff super friendly and helpful and I used the Spa facilities which was lovely especially the outside pool with the rain coming down too…heaven!
