The traditional appearance and the history of the hotel, the property and the beauty of the interior. Absolutely stunning! I feel privileged to have stayed here. A great bedroom aswell, comfortable and cozy. And the check in/check out hospitality. Thank you for having me for 2 nights. I definitely recommend!

We booked in for the dinner and breakfast package, which was fantastic. Our room was so nice, lovely and warm and the bed was big and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep! The food at dinner was amazing, great presentation and tasted really good with plenty of options. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices of Full English, cereals, fruit etc. The location is so nice also with the village being just down the road and amazing scenery just a short drive out. Outstanding value for money.

Good breakfast…bacon tasty. Room comfortable. Luckily on the ground floor, as the lift was not working. Boxing Day lunch v pleasant. The hotel was decorated very well, looking festive. Staff were cheerful and working hard.

The room was well appointed, very clean, bed was very comfy, tea and coffee available in room. We were visiting family so did not have dinner but the breakfast was good
