- Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking, and other languages are not accepted. Name changes after the booking is made are not permitted.
- All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.
- Once the booking is completed, the hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit cards. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted.
- The same physical credit card used for booking must be present by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.
- The Hotel does not accept third-party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of the credit card, and photo ID/passport of the credit card holder are all submitted to the hotel 7 days before the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further information and assistance.
- Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.
- Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property.The property offers free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. Great location, for London and Paris Hotel, however was a bit upset that we weren't pre warned that the outside water for the gondolas was drained and therefore no gondolas were running. Also no late bar available for an alcoholic drink and very difficult to get alcohol in most places. Great taxi links, very cheap, loved the old town, also cheap to get to by bus.

A huge room got our kid so excited that he has enjoyed it more than us. A beautiful view from the room added up to the beauty of the place. The colors and the interiors were well done. The shopping and the water areas kept us there for most amount of time. A great place to stay with the family. Shuttle service for the ferry terminal is also available A concierge was kind enough to help us with the bags from the room to the bus stop. very hard working and always smiling.

The bathtub full of black mold, including inside of the shower head so the water are with mold, also on elevator smells like mold. The room was big and comfortable, nice view , most of the stuff very nice. Location great.
