Please note that hotel will charge the payment in hotel local currency (Macau Pataca) upon arrival with exchanged rate determined by hotel.All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.The same physical credit card used for booking must be present by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment.The Hotel does not accept third-party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of the credit card, and photo ID/passport of the credit card holder are all submitted to the hotel 7 days before the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further information and assistance.If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. The service is super B, they upgrade me from normal suite to 2 rooms with breakfast for 4 adults 2 kids. Celebrating birthday, the staff purposely come to decorate our room. Breakfast until 1pm. Only stay in this hotel I got experience to have late breakfast. So O dont have to wake up so early to enjoy breakfast.

Service was great from moment of stepping foot in Macau, got picked up with car and whisked to room. Celebrated my birthday there, delicious mango cake sent to room. And food quality was excellent at tea break, cocktails and breakfast.
