What a beautiful hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and water / coffee pods replenished daily, the breakfast & food / drinks available in the exec lounge were great, there were several pools to relax in, and the shuttle service between hotels made it easy to visit other locations.

The facilities in the hotel were fabulous. There was a beautiful pool and easy access to the grand deck resort water park too. It was located within walking distance of the rest of the strip to. The staff were amazing. They noticed it was as my husbands birthday in a few days time, from his passport at check in. They then provided him with two lovely surprises to the room.

The hotel is near to the galaxy mall and hotels. The room is in good condition.

We had a Premier Room booked for three days through Booking.com and for some reason could not book for the fourth day in the same room. We ended up booking the fourth day in a Standard Room with Trip.com. When we arrived, they upgraded our fourth day so that we may stay in the same room for the four days. The Premier Room was spacious and well designed with a modern feel. Just perfect for the two of us and our 2yo child. It looked over the resort deck and my child was very engaged in the view. Room service is amazing. They folded some of our clothing that had been strewn around and provided additional baggage horses so that our luggage can be accessed off the ground. Our child was provided with a care package. They hung our wet swim gear on the hanging line in the bathroom for us and provided cable management straps for all our personal electronic wiring.
