Lisboa Tower (West Wing) will be closed while all guests will be accommodated in the East Wing.

MUI TIANG “A Surprised and Delightful Stay in Hotel Lisboa”

Was pleasantly surprised and delighted on the upgrade of room booked to a suit room. The stay was very comfortable and staff were very helpful in providing assistance on taking transport to various attractions in Macau. The buffet dinner was exceptionally delicious, with many varieties of food ranging from seafood, japanese food, roasted stuff, desserts and a complimentary double boiled soup and also a discount for seniors. Ms Angel Choi also spend effort to contact us to make sure that our stay was comfortable and offered assistance for any queries.

The location is excellent. Many shops and restaurants on walking distance. Plenty of breakfast options available. Room service was good. Provided complimentary water and tea/coffee and never let the stock finished.

Good facilities, good location for walking distance to the old city and for transport , really nice and helpful staff. We stayed in room 7059 and then again in 7018. 7059 was spotless and clean but 7018 the bathroom was not as clean.

Great service from all the staff from Housekeeping to the Bell staff. They made me feel like a VIP. I liked the attention to small details like the monogramed towels and complimentary drinks in the room. The location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions in central Macao. There was also a bus exchange across the street where you could catch a bus to to other areas such as the Cotai Strip. Free shuttle bus to and from the outer harbour ferry terminal.

Location was fantastic and rooms were nice and efficient. Staff was decent and supportive and caring. I think overall it one of the better and efficient places in Macau. Loved it.

The location is superb. It is right in front of the main bus station in Macau. Many historical sight-seeing places are in walking distance. If you hope to stay in the historical busy center of Macau, then this hotel is definitely a possibility. The hotel has long history, and accordingly the building itself seems old. In the room, the toilet-shower room seems to have been renovated recently, and very clean. The room has enough facilities, I did not find any frustration there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Many supermarkets and eating places are around the hotel.
