The room is very clean and the toilet is also very clean. The good thing is the location is not far away from the famous ruin of St Paul. Within the area there are a lot of good restaurants and hawkers that provide value for money food. The front desk staff are very warm and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as the location is near to the popular attractions and varieties of food and souvenir spots. The room is clean, spacious and complete with necessities & complimentary stuff (ie hair dryer, hand cream, toothbrush kit, shaver kit, tea & coffee set and etc). There is a sofa which can be used as bed for kid. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location in the old town, walkable to the main sites and incredible staff. They helped us navigate public transport from the ferry terminal and order taxis, nothing was too much trouble. Very easy to walk to using the casino free shuttle buses.

I love everything about this hotel. Room, bedsheets, towels, cups, shelves, shower, toilet all were in excellent condition and very clean. 2 full length mirrors, perfect. They provide a universal power board so you don’t have to bring your own power adapter, you can plug any device straight in, so handy. The room is tastefully decorated with nice art works, and matching toiletry sets, as well as matching cups and saucers. L’Occitane shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided in the shower. Fully stocked toiletry such as comb, toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds etc.. and even a pair of disposable slippers per guest were provided. Pillows and bedsheets are very comfortable, no complaints. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English. The location of the hotel is great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to bus stops and within walking distance to the Ruins of St Paul and Senado Square. Instructions provided by the hotel of how to get to the Caravel are very clear and easy to follow. We had no problems at all. This is just one of the few times that I’m completely satisfied with our stay and can give it a perfect score of 10. I honestly couldn’t find any faults to even take off 1 point. I’d definitely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends and family for when they come to Macau.
