Staffs are professional, honest and helpful. Kindly arranged a cot for us upon arrival, and housekeeping is prompt, especially the kind housekeeper vacuumed the biscuit crumbs for us straight away after the kids made a mess. Quite near to other hotels.

Good Wi-fi. The staff was very attentive and polite. We were grateful with their help arranging seats for us on the free shuttle bus to the airport/ferry terminal. It is about 2km from the Cotai Strip. Walkable through the park's tunnel and stadium. Near the hotel are supermarkets, convenient stores and a McDonalds.

Is good and clean , location convenient, was hoping can get the double bed but the staff give 2 single bed and combined together! First question staff say “yes can give double bed “ but end with 2 single bed make it together! But everything else is okay

Spacious room. Good friendly front desk and concierge service. Free bus transfer from Hotel to Macau airport.
