From the moment we stepped into the Galaxy, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Totally spoilt my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. Huge thank you to Elle and her team! The pool deck was clean and fun, the staff amazing! Big shout out to Jayvee for his excellent service

The room was good and comfortable. Most were good. The bell boy Richard at the luggage storage was kind enough to assist us to the shuttle bus area as we were travelling with children. The place is good and the facilities is good. It is a nice place

Fabulous facilities, well designed and meticulously maintained. A really delightful experience for the whole family. The wave pool, swimming pools, lazy river, water slides and children's playground kept my family happy and well entertained. Shout-out to the staff at the Galaxy: we received attentive, courteous and efficient service throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our vacation a beautiful memory.
