The fine print
There are two ferry terminals in Macao. The hotel highly recommends that you take the Cotai Jet to the Taipa Ferry Terminal which takes approximately 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. The hotel provides a courtesy 6-seater van shuttle on first come first served basis from 11:20 - 21:50 hours from the Taipa Ferry Terminal only.

This is the best hotel I have ever visited abroad. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed. Moreover, the room condition and bedding were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were pure relaxation. I visited to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and thanks to the team, we created unforgettable memories. I would like to sincerely thank the reservations team, especially Venpan, and everyone who prepared the wonderful and special birthday room. Thank you for making this a memory of a lifetime!

Staff were absolutely lovely, especially with my toddler. The room was spacious with a great view and the bathroom was huge. A perfect 3 night stay.

The Four Seasons Hotel Macao is a true kingdom of hospitality. We have been met by hotel representative at the ferry on arrival and used a hotel’s shuttle. All staff was very kind and always ready to help. Attention to details from reception, housekeeping, concierge and lobby restaurant is simply at outstanding level. The hotel is not as big as the neighbor hotels such as Venetian and Londoner - exactly what we wanted for our stay. Four Seasons Hotel Macao is my love forever.

Room was well. The staff was very well and polite. I will rate 10 for the staff. The chef was excellent. In spite of there being no vegetarian options he went out of the way and prepared a dish for us which was not in the menu and it turned out to be a good one. I would like to thank both the staff at the reception and the staff at the restaurant, they were very very supportive, during check in check out and during dinner where I reached late at around 10 pm when the restaurant closes.
