The breakfast buffet area was on the 27th floor and had a fantastic view over Macau cotai strip. The food was very high quality with a decent spread. The staff were the highlight of the trip, they went out of their way to assist us and help us in anything we requested incl escorting us personally to the food court in the adjoining mall in case we got lost.

it was our first time visiting Macau, and I believe we stayed in one of the best hotels. The reception team was very attentive—whenever we asked for directions, they would offer to personally take us there. Mr. Kurt assisted us during our stay, and we were very impressed with his service.

The elegantly decorated room was very spacious with a separate dressing room. We had a terrific view of the Cotai strip and it was amazing at night with all the lights. The free minibar was a bonus! Hotel lobby was quiet and serene after the chaos in the casinos. Staff was excellent and efficient particularly Jeffrey the concierge and Carol at reception. Walking distance to Taipa village.
