According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. I recently stayed at the Andaz Macao and the experience was simply magnificent. The hotel stands out for its elegant and refined design, creating a luxurious and soothing atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering optimal comfort. The staff is absolutely charming, professional, and highly efficient, always ready to meet even the slightest needs with a smile. Although the hotel is located outside the Galaxy Hotel, shuttles facilitate travel between the different lobbies, making access very convenient. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which is a real treat! The buffet is varied, with high-quality options, perfect for starting the day. In short, a hotel I recommend without hesitation for a stay in Macao.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean (keep it up as understand this hotel is very new). The spacious rooms and the bathrooms (love the big bathtub) making us very comfortable and relaxed. The big TV, the charging points are 👍👍👍. Feels like staying in the room for me time instead of going out .. 🤪. But it seems hard to book for next trip…

Very clean and modern hotel. Super happy with our choice, the bathroom was bigger than expected and we enjoyed the overhead shower. Complimentary minibar and slides were included :)

Excellent customer service , cleanliness, amenities, location and housekeeping services. We were truly amazed by every detail. There is even a happy hour service for guests every day with free drinks and canapes.

Staff was very very nice. they can speak english fluently. The hotel is in the middle of all other interesting area and very close to old town.

Exquisite design by the Hotel and the gym facilities were truly amazed me. I love the personalized service by my roomkeeper Geraldine, as well as the bellboy services upon arrival. Geraldine did a very well job in terms of analyzing patronage's need and she has offered which it was totally out of our expectation. I can't help myself to left her some token as appreciation reward last day we left the Hotel. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff :)

Hotel lounge is a great touch. The service is exceptional. There is an indoor pool and a large fitness centre. Andaz customers have axcess to the grand sun deck (wave pool, river rapids and water slides) at Galaxy Hotel nearby (free shuttle service). This is a great option for kids. Being a stones throw from the Cotai Strip and a 15 min walk toTaipa Old Village is a bonus.

Breakfast was buffet style and had good choices. The rooms are beautiful, clean and amenities provided for the children are wonderful too. Good activities around for children.
