Our second visit to Safari Plains and once again exceeded our expectations. Quality of service from all staff and food excellent. Great game drives and Ben our ranger was very well informed and it is obvious he is very passionate and cares that his guests have an enjoyable experience.

The property is clean and quiet. Very relaxing . The staff was very friendly. Food was absolutely amazing and on time. Loved everything about the property. Because we went to celebrate my husband’s birthday, the staff went all out to prepare complimentary cupcakes and surprised my husband and sang for him.

The property is ideally situated at a 2 hour drive away from Johannesburg. Staff went out of their way to assist with wheel-chair bound mother. The room was spacious and the outside lounging area a great touch. Food was amazing and the boma dinner added a great African feel.

Lovely midweek getaway. The food was fantastic with great variety. We enjoyed the game drives and our guide Ethan was friendly and well informed. The staff in general always went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant

We loved absolutely everything. From the warm welcome from all the present staff meeting you when you arrive, to the animals comfortably grazing in & around the property, the grace the staff carry themselves with and the overall feel/warmth of the place. KG & our safari guide Thapelo were top tier. Always going over & above to make sure all our needs are met. Housekeepimg is more than on top of their game👏🏽 The spa ladies as well. They all treated our 3 year old son with the utmost care & kindness. Oh, & you dont get a moment to be hungry. Lol! We were constantly fed all sorts of great food. Then, to end it off spectacularly, there was an amzing 5 star bush braai & it was our 2nd year anniversary. So special & the best memories. Such a beautiful place!
