Easy to find, great parking for motorcycle (with cameras) welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. fantastic price and value for money.

After being cancelled at noon on day of arrival by origin hotel at least Booking.com it was relief when I arrived at the Tennyson. I was immediately seen to and paid for my stay. I was then shown to my room which was clean with 2 beds, fridge and microwave and plenty of space. Lovely hot shower. Choice at breakfast food.

Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and happy to make a breakfast of our choosing. Had a fridge and microwave in the room. (we didn't use the microwave) but a good addition. Lovely shower albeit the en suite on the small side. (didn't affect our stay)

Breakfast was lovely, cooked to perfection. Location was ideal, checking in easy and staff helpful. I use a walking stick and staff swopped my room for an easier access one. The room was large, with fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee. Shower nice and hot, plenty of storage if staying but I only stayed overnight so didn't use anything other than kettle. TV too but not used.

Excellent value for money. Our room was on the third floor. When I said that I had trouble with stairs we were immediately moved to lower rooms. The young lady was lovely and so helpful. The breakfast was really good.
