Please note that the hotel does not have a lift. The rooms are divided over 4 floors and can only be reached by stairs, which can be quite steep.Restaurant Vrienden van het Vrijthof is permanently closed.Please note that children under 2 years can stay free of charge when using their own baby cot. The hotel also provides baby cots for EUR 10 per stay.Please note that placing an extra bed is only available for the Suites. The rate of EUR 32,50 per person per night excludes breakfast.Please note that public parking is possible at Q-park Vrijthof for EUR 35 per day. At 10 minutes walking distance guests can also park for EUR 8 per day.Please note that check-in is possible 20:00 hrs. The property offers luggage storage in case you arrive earlier. Check-in past 20:00 hrs is not possible.Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 5 rooms or more.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location: The hotel's location is excellent. Despite being in the center of the city, I didn't hear any noisy sounds that would disturb my sleep, which was a pleasant surprise. Room interior: The room interior matched the photos provided. However, I would suggest that the hotel improves the cleanliness of the rooms, as they could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Hotel staff: The hotel staff members were outstanding. They were exceptionally helpful and responsive, attending to all of my questions and needs promptly. Their service throughout my stay was excellent.

Staff were excellent. The welcome when we arrived was very friendly, and when we had a problem with a taxi not arriving, the girl on reception could not have been more helpful in arranging for an alternative. The location was great, right opposite the square, which at this time of year had the Christmas market in it. It was an easy walk to wander through the lovely town. The coffee machine in the room was great!

- perfectly located in the center. The parking, shopping district, and restaurants are right across the hotel - the staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was clean - the bed was comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay at the Saillant, perfectly located in the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room on the roof floor was just perfect with a huge bathroom, fast internet, so everything we needed was there. The breakfast was good, with cheese, different sorts of bread, yoghurt, eggs, pindakaas, etc. There is an underground parking next to the hotel, you have to book it online and can get a discount as hotel guest. For a next visit to Maastricht, we will definitely come back to the Saillant.
