Set in a Gothic monastery, Kruisherenhotel Maastricht - Oostwegel Collection, member of Design Hotels has free WiFi. It has a mezzanine level restaurant in the central church hall.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere. Everything was top quality, the staff were nice and friendly and the stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Location is great, close to central parts of Maastricht but in a more quiet area.

Loved the breakfast, room, beds and the extraordinary service. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and felt sad to leave. The staff manages to “slow you down” from the moment you walk in, they recalled which room we stayed at and that we were hotel guests; it was exceptional. The hotel itself is something special and you feel blessed to be allowed to stay here. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Breakfast was a scandal! I never paid in my entire traveling life 40 euros for a breakfast! And never was the quality so poor ! A total scandal….2 types of bread only…a fruit salad that looked not fresh….only orange juice…2 tiny tiny bowls of egg salad that ran out when I was going to get more…everything looked scarce and not fresh….never again….a total rip off

The location was great, very close to the centre of Maastricht. The building itself is stunning, the room was beautiful with the stained glass window and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. As we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, the hotel gave us a small Limburgse vlaai which we thought was very nice.

Location inside old monastery close to Vrijthof square in Maastricht for us to stay before joining vip tour to attend Andre Rieu concert. Stayed in a junior suite on ground level. Lovely selection of wines and cocktails.
