The rooms are spacious and amenities are great, it is situated close to the Christmas market and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We loved this hotel, right in the centre of Maastricht. Cheap, clean and handy. Super comfy bed, nice coffee machine, space for luggage,… Really happy with it, and we will be back :-)

The room was really big and comfortable. The coffe making machine in the room was much appreciated. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel, close to the center and easy to reach from the train station by bus.

Large rooms, great staff, close to stations for main transportation routes, close to the city center, excellent price. Definitely a great choice for business or leisure trip or a city break. Will definitely book again even if it wasn't great in terms of cleanliness in the bathroom, but maybe it was just my bad luck this one time.

Nice hotel but sadly our original booking for two nights was messed up by Booking.com. We were sent to another Bastion hotel 15 minutes away and had to take taxis in to Maastricht. It cost us over 200 Euros in taxi fares.

The excellent service I received during my stay at the hotel was outstanding. I truly appreciated how Patrick, the hotel manager, resolved the issue with my first room by finding an alternative solution on the 4th floor. The new room had all the facilities and comfort I needed, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude for their kindness towards my granddaughter, who joined me at the last minute. It was really kind of Patrick not to charge anything extra for her presence, even though it would normally be unacceptable at their hotel.
