The fine print
Please note that the Stingray Beach Inn can be reached by ferry boat or chartered speedboat that can be arranged for which payment will be collected upon check-in. Please contact the hotel to book your transfer arrangement at least 2 days prior to your arrival by email. Your arrival and departure flight details and full names of traveling parties will be required. Speedboats take 35 minutes to reach Maafushi Island and cost USD 175 per trip. It can accommodate up to 8 passengers and it can be arranged for any time. Daily transfers for approximately USD 35-50 per person can be arranged by hotel. Shared speedboat can only be arranged between 07:30 to 17:00 Advance booking is required for speedboat transfer .Please send the hotel an email with your request. Ferry Boat takes 90 minutes to reach Maafushi Island and costs approximately USD 2 per person per way. Ferry departs from Male’ at 15:00. Ferry location: Villinigili Ferry Terminal at Male Ferry departs from Maafushi Island at 07:30. No Ferry services on Fridays and public holidays.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Really good stay at stringray rooms we're nice but bathroom could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was across the street but good some strange items on the menu though but they cook you fresh eggs also. Not bad as it included in the price. Jacuzzi wasn't working during my stay but only few min walk to bikini beach. To me maldives is almost paradise but without the alcohol. Food in hotel was really good and reasonably priced. The manager let me use the sister hotel infinitum pool for the day as was my birthday nice touch & a buetiful hotel.

location is good, this hotel is under triton group, their premium hotel is triton prestige, second is triton beach and their low cost hotel is sting ray, the staff at triton beach which is their sister concern was very helpful specially Mr. sahmeel.

Absolutley amazing place to stay on Maafushi that we can not recommend highly enough! The staff were all so friendly, kind, and extremely attentive. We even extended an extra night and already can't wait to go back. The bed was very large and comfortable and the place was clean. We signed up for many day tours and loved them all. They were such great value for everything that they included. We loved that we also had access to all the amenities at Triton resort next door as they are sister properties and found the staff at Triton to be very friendly and helpful as well. We also had great massages at their spa and really nice breakfast.
